code of conduct

The pharma& Group Code of Conduct is designed to guide our business behaviour and provide practical information. It is important that all pharma& Group employees and all others acting on behalf of pharma& follow the Code of Conduct to ensure individual responsibility to exercise sound judgment and common sense.

misconduct reporting mechanism

The pharma& misconduct reporting mechanism allows anyone—from the pharma& Group employees to business partners (e.g., distributors), patients, and beyond—to report concerns of misconduct related to pharma&. A dedicated team of professionals handles all concerns, and we protect everyone who speaks up in good faith.

Misconduct is potentially illegal conduct, violates the pharma& Code of Conduct or other applicable company policies, or falls outside of what is considered proper for a person, a profession, or an industry, typically taken with the aim to purposely circumvent rules, to obtain possible personal or company benefit. If you become aware of misconduct, we want to hear about it.
